If you are considering a Natural Birth or your aim is have a drug free birth then natural birth education classes are essential for you and your birth partner.
You have one opportunity for a positive birth experience -make sure you are adequately prepared.
Classes will educate you and your birth partner, give you plenty of birth skills and options for your birth to be a sucess. Education classes will help you feel more confident, more relaxed and in control of the labour and birth process. Natural Birth Education Classes
Heather teaches Natural Birth classes in Sydney. This workshop is for pregnant women and their birth partners. They are packed full of practical information, exercises and tips for an active, natural calm birth. Learn how to eliminate the Fear-Tension-Pain syndrome. Reduce the need for medication, or epidural, shorten labour and eliminate exhaustion. When you learn Natural Birthing Skills to manage your birth process it greatly improves your chances of a drug free natural and positive birth experience. Eliminate the downward spiral and cascade of medical intervention by learning how you can have an active, drug free, calm birth.
Group classes are conducted on the Northern Beaches and at Nature Care College St Leonards. Group classes are suitable for most couples. However if you prefer private classes at a time and place to suit, you can choose what you want to learn and tailor make the class. This is especially suitable if you have specific needs, or have experienced a previous difficault birth. Women who have health issues, experienced trauma, sexual assault or have anxiety, depression, or PTSD should have one on one consultation. her own pace. The day went well, we had a natural drug free birth. When Katrina finally handed little Jasmine over to me for the first
